The eng. will run for a minute or two somtimes more if i pump up the bubble but then it will die out. I pulled off the carbs and check them and the floats look good and no sticking or any other sign of trouble. The bubble does not stay firm when running almost like its not pressurized or vented correctly. A friend looked at it and said fuel pump? They are very exp. so I want to make sure. Like most outboards the vro was disconnected when I got the boat and when I checked it on a voltage meter there was nothing? What should I do????
