Need Gasket Help

I have a Yamaha 40ESRW, 6H4S, 110822 (those are on the numbers) powering my Zodiac. I'm not sure the year...1996-1998 I believe. There is a housing to the right of the middle carb that has a valve labeled "open/closed". That housing began leaking gas last year. I removed the cover and found a gasket that was damaged. I have no idea how to find that gasket as I don't even know the name of the valve.

If anyone could help me identify this part (and where I can purchase one), I'd be grateful. I live a few hours NW of Toronto.
