Need Advice - 14 Hurricane SD2200 - Forward lockers not draining well - need advice

New boater here - Need Advice - 14 Hurricane SD2200 - Forward lockers not draining well - need advice - tried hose but it didn’t work / was told to be careful because you can’t get in there - if they use a hose and it gets knocked off then I can’t fix it.

Also horn and gps has no power and don’t work.
Tried fuses already.

The horn and GPS should be simple circuits. You need to determine if they get 12v power. You need a meter to test for voltage at the switch, then through the switch to the horn. Same is true for GPS, is it getting 12v?

Thanks - I got the GPS working but not the horn? Checked fuse seems ok? Maybe I just need a new horn? Thanks

Possible, those do go bad, but more likely it’s the switch, or horn button. Use a meter or wire a small 12 light to the horn terminals. If you get 12v or the test light illuminates when you push the horn button it’s the horn. If not it’s further upstream. It’s a very simple circuit that can be tested easily.

I used to build those boats. I'm trying to remember just how the hoses were. Is there not an inspection plate on the floor for access? It would be white and round.
