Hey all,

I am looking at either a Wise or a B&M lounge(back to back) seat for the passenger side of my boat. Anyone have one or the other and care to let me know if they are alright?

I have a Barrel type seat for myself but would like to have something that folds down for the bride.

Thanks
Chad

If you are ok with the Wise Deluxe back-to-back, walmart has them cheaper than anyone, and free shipping to store. About $130 each.

Check out veada.com as well.

I ordered these for my boat: http://www.iboats.com/Designer-Plus...9570583--**********.844741521--view_id.374564 I ended up having to return them because I didn't have room for them and jump seats but they were NICE. I ended up going with buckets and jumps from that same collection. They are expensive but the quality is far superior to that of the more economy Wise models I put in my last boat.

My experience with B&M lounge seats is that they use the lowest-quality vinyl ever created. I would skip that brand.

Thats just the info I was looking for. THanks!

What I really would like it to order a seat with the colors and pattern I want. Other wise I have to buy a seat and then pay to have all the new material taken off and redone. Is there a company that just does that?

My plan (as is sits) is to have the back to back be just white and then this winter have it redone.

My barrel style captains chair and rear bench, sunpad is going to be white and sea foam green in a candy stripe pattern.

Thanks again

Thinking of going with the Wise seats. My thought is that I will recover them over the winter to match the rest of the boat.

Thanks for the help.

I have no idea what the pricing comparison is between the Wise and the B&M brand... ajgraz complaint with the B&M brand was the vinyl quality. If you're planning to totally recover the seats as it sounds in your post above, does the vinyl quality matter?? Just thinking out loud...
