I have a 1984 envinrude 25hp E25RCRD. I am trying to get it running and don't know much about it. Does anyone notice anything that looks like it maybe missing or ideas to check. I have replaced the power pack, manual primer,plugs, and charged the battery. Its getting spark and I believe fuel because the plugs were damp and smelled like gas after I attempt to start it. I'm trying to find a cheap envinrude service manual to help me out, but haven't came across one. I'm new to the outboard world and trying to learn from you guys.
