Hi all, it has been a wile, my lark has been running good, but some how, i lost a part, on the pull starter, it has three little parts that grab the teeth on top of the flywheel, when you pull the string. so with out on it never grabs the teeth on the top of the flywheel and the pull starter will not work. I lost one of the three, Does any one know where i can get this part? please help,

I was using electric starter, but something is going on with that, wherein even if i connect the + (from the starter) and - (to the engine ground) directly to the battery it just sits there, i have to move the starter top gear around to get it to crank, but this only works once in a blue moon. any help please?

I think you are talking about the starter paul, PN 202470 changed to 396071.
Your local dealer should be able to order it for you.
If your starter will not spin when you jump it directly you need to remove and overhaul it.
