Were you able to stream it?

I didn't find NBCSN on the site for the truck race and the place I linked in post #16 went nuts. Found http://www.zoptv.com/live/nbcsn and it worked to stream the X-Men. So I'm hoping it works for the Cup race, Fingers crossed.

I had a way to stream FS1 and since switching to NBC, finding a good streaming site for Cup racing has been hard. Hopefully I got it now.

Shrubby flunked post race inspection after winning X-Men last night. His car was too low - All four corners! Car was impounded for Nascar to check for something broken. What could break to affect car height on four corners?

I know that there was one point in the race where he was falling back after being passed by Kenseth, They played pit communications to the effect that he heard a big pop or clunk.

How it could effect all corners?:confused::confused::confused: The tape measure broke.

What did you find a way to stream the race?

That zoptv.com thing, MT. It's working well as long as I set my screen saver, etc. off.

There goes my day with Harvick and Johnson getting together on the restart and banging the sheet metal into the tire, finally losing the LR tire.

You missed the restart flare up when Gordon in 2nd beat Shrubby in 1st to the line. Gordon took the lead and it took dozens of laps for Nascar to say it was a clean restart. I'm sure post race interviews will have a few comments. And Harvick isn't happy with Johnson after they came together on a restart and caused a cut tire on the #4. In that one Logano pushed Johnson causing JJ to go under the line and along the side of Harvick's car. Post race will have talk from JJ and Harvick, I'm sure.

Other than that  LOL

It was nice to see all that instead of hearing it on MRN.

Hamlin goes from early trouble to winning the 1st race in the Chase. He has a spot in Chase round 2.

FL is lagging. but FlaCowboy takes another race. I need to dig out the abacus to tote how trophies he has this year!

I did not expect to see that end, Congrats Denny, but I was sorry to see Kevin take a shot at Jimmie, they are both good drivers as well as champions, so I don't feel that was a good way to express yourself, because if you really look at the replay, Joey started that whole mess by being a little over aggressive at the restart, I do hope Kevin takes a look at what happened. Onward and Forward, next weekend could be interesting!

I don't know why Harvick's crew chief didn't tell him what happened. Harvick had the time to watch the incident while his car was fixed in the garage. Very confusing to blame JJ when Logano caused the mess.

The first Chase round isn't the place to lose your cool.

Looks like about half our league had Harvick on their team.:blue: Including me.

Lots of buzz about the whole thing.:fencing:

My question is why he didn't come to the pits, go a lap or two down. Hopefully make it back like all the Gibbs drivers were able to do.

Hind site is great but playing it safe would have probably yielded a much better result. Just my opinion.;)

The Harvick team took a bad situation and made it worse by not pitting for a simple fix during a tire change. At most he would have lost 2-3 laps instead of being almost 60 laps back. He lost about 20 points in the standings and those points are hard to get back with only 2 more races until the first cut - Unless he wins at New Hampshire or Dover, both tough tracks.

When that tire first started rubbing, Rodney should have called him into the pits, so the crew chief screwed that one up and again, if Kevin would just review the tapes and look at it realistically, it was plain and simple racing as they TV guys were saying, nobody did anything on purpose, sometimes I think these newer drivers are whiners, that kind of stuff used to happen all the time with the older guys in the hey day of Winston cup, I can't remember how many times I saw Dale Sr. do it on purpose, then laugh all the way to the finish line! Even King Richard has been known for purposely cutting a tire down. Stop your whining Kevin and get back to racing!
