Finally - iFL has official results. No change on the early, post-race results. Trackchick Stars still wins the week and gets one more :first: Congrats, TcS.

The overall standings are also unchanged. TcS is the leader..........Still.

Richmond is the next and final race in the Race to the Chase. Xfinity runs Friday night and Cup the following night.

From this on Jayski's it appears that Nascar basically has made the post-race laser inspection un-appealable. :noidea: and the Nascar rule that damaged cars must still pass laser inspection after a car is damaged doesn't make a lot of sense.

Childress will not appeal penalty: Statement from Richard Childress Racing Regarding NASCAR Penalty Issued to the #31 NASCAR Sprint Cup Series Team:
"We do not plan to appeal the penalty issued today to the #31 team. Our rear toe settings were well within specs during pre-race inspection. The car made contact with the outside wall during the race and there was clear damage to the right rear fender and tire. NASCAR has told us that the LIS standard is clear and the car must pass post-race inspection even if damage has been sustained."(Richard Childress Racing)(9-7-2016)
