Byron off pit road first, but gets an outside tire violation, then Blaney and Harvick.

Blaney holds the lead on the restart over Harvick.

As the 1st heat come to an end, Harvick is pressuring Blaney hard. Blaney holds him off for the heat win.

23 cars on the lead lap.

Harvick back to the lead on the restart for the 2nd heat and stretching to 1.1 seconds over Blaney.

After green flag stops Larson comes out strong and takes the lead. Larson started the race at the rear because he changed tires after qualifying.

Larson wins heat 2 over Harvick. 17 on the lead lap and no cautions except 2 end of heat yellows and the comp. yellow at lap 30.

Larson holds the lead over Harvick to start the final heat.

Lap 200, 67 to go. Larson has a 3.7 second lead over Harvick, Blaney 4.4 back. Still no extra cautions and 18 cars on the lead lap, 20 a lap or more down.
