i have a force 5 horse that dies after about 10 mins. i cleaned the carb and put a filter on the fuel line and replaced the impeller for the water pump. what should i do!
Is the powerhead hot to the touch when it dies?<br />If remote tank, does the primer bulb stray hard?<br />Will pumping it keep the motor going?<br />Just a few initial thoughts
I had an 85hp and replaced the diaphram on the fuel pump. It was cheap ($5 or so), easy to install, and cleared up a similar problem I was having. Don't know if yours has this or not.
