Can anyone assist me please? I am planning the trip from Edmonton to Montana to purchase a Yamaha Vx Deluxe pwc. Any hints or tips? is there a problem with bringing Yamaha's into Canada? I was planning on going to Great Falls to make the purchase, does anyone know of a decent dealer down there? Also what are your thoughts on buying the PWC trailer in Canada and towing it down there as opposed to buying the trailer and pwc from one dealer in Great Falls????

To import a watercraft into Canada is not a problem. To import a 'vehicle' is, and that includes a trailer. Go to www.riv.ca and get the details. All applicable duties and GST must be paid at the border. On the warranty issue, just read the warranty before you buy.
