Hi all,<br /><br />for any one intersted in re-building these old beauties. My 1968 Lark X with Selectric Shift is almost ready to be started! <br />I have almost finished putting the final touches on the cowling.<br /><br />The Powerhead was fitted to the leg today, as well as the new head gasket and reconditioned head. (I had to have it welded and shaved by a local machine shop, since whoever pulled the engine apart used a screwdriver or something to pry the head off it's old head gasket)<br /><br />The lync and sync has been done. The new wiring harness is almost finished, I just need to get a new connector to hook up the remote control wiring to the engine harness.<br /><br />Just need to get the fuel lines fitted and replace the packing washers on the high speed needle.
