I do not have room to mount my trolling motor in the back, my outboard takes up the whole transom. I am trying to mount it towards the bow, but I am not getting and good bite because the angle of the v-hull. When I turn the 40lb thrust past one or two of five, it almost falls off.

I was trying to load pics, but I can't figure out how to get them to load in the manager on my iPad. I'll try and add them when I can. It is a typical vhull with a rim. The rim is partly what is causing the problems because it isn't flush.

I was hoping for an alternative. I was doing something similar to this, without boating it on, and it just pulls loose. I really don't want to bolt something to the boat with holes in my hull unless it is a great solution and good looking.
