Can I mount a Minn Kota Riptide Maxxum trolling motor (bow mount) using an existing Motorguide Great White Gator mount?
Access under the deck is extremely tight. It appears that the existing Gator mount will accept the new motor and save a lot of work. Motors are similar in size and weight. Minn Kota has a spring loaded "bow guard" that may require removal.
