Hello Guys-
I have an old aluminum Mirrocraft that I have been transforming into a fishing boat. Part of the plan is to put a bow-mounted trolling motor on the front. The top of the bow has the typical domed shape to it that pretty much all of the 1960's boats had (not flat like some of the newer boats). Any suggestions as to the best way to mount the trolling motor so it is level? I want the motor to be perpendicular when it is deployed, not angled in towards the boat. I'm thinking it wouldn't be too hard to fabricate some leveling mounts to accomplish this, I was just hoping to get some insight from someone who has dealt with this issue before.
Thanks!
Brent
