Hello Experts--I have done a lot of boat restoration but i have never mounted a new fuel tank from scratch. I am working on my 19' Chrysler -Lonestar aluminum boat and i am ready to install the new fuel tank--a 15 gal. poly unit that sits upright between the floor and casting deck. i know how to vent, set up the gauge and filler hose-------do i need to worry about static electricity? if so, what do i do??? Please help

thanks

rirory, I don't have a direct answer to you're question. Others with more experience might chime in, but I would suggest that you contact the manufacture for best answer to you're question.

Ayuh,... Any, plastic included, permanent mounted gas tank needs to have a Bonding circuit wired to them...
