Motorwell boot ideas-waterproofing problem

Gentlemen i need ideas on how to run all my control cables through the deck and make them waterproof at the same time.
I have a 24' Grady White offshore without the 2 stern boxes. I had the transom replaced and decided not to reinstall the rear boxes thus my problem on how to waterproof the cables. I have a slightly raised area--maybe 3 inches high attached to the transom where the cables will come through so there is some protection but certainly need to waterproof that hole. I thought about any rubber hose like a radiator hose to run them through or maybe attatch a 90 degree poly setup.
What would you guys do besides reinstalling the box!

I'm doing a restore of this 24' Grady offshore. New transom, new wiring and anything else i have to fix of course!
