The back of the package usually indicates which motors the prop is for.

I got it used without a prop and I need to know which one to buy 3 or 3.5".

Do a "Google" or "Yahoo" search for MotorGuide propellers. The listings will generally show which props fit which motors.

OK I did it for you. You need to measure the diameter of your motor housing. Buy a prop for that housing size. Housings are either 3 or 3.5 inches in diameter. Get the prop right here on iboats.
