Motor won't ****

HELP !

I have a 1996 175 EFI. I noticed my motor is not spitting water out. I have no alarms going off when running so I'm assuming it's not over heating, but it's not putting water out. I got hung up on a sand bar could some thing be clogged on me and if it is what can i do ? Any help would be sincerely appreciated.

Squirt a garden hose up the little pee tube while it's running.
