i have a 1988 9.9 mercury motor i replaced all the fuel lines in the motor and to the tank.the motor will start and run with the choke pulled out and idle with no problem.but when i try to open it up it dies.if i take it off of the choke it will idle for a little bit then die and if i try to engage it to fun forward it will die quick. do i need to rebuild the carb and if so how hard is it
