motor swap. 03 tracker 40 to 08 115 optimax

So I recently got a good deal on a 2008 Mercury 115hp optimax ($1900). I am upgrading from a 2003 tracker 40hp. How different are the controls and harnesses? Ive swapped car motors and I/O motors but never an outboard. Any advice is appreciated.

Yes sir. 115 max. Going onto a 2003 Tracker party barge.24'.

At $1900 you might want to have a shop look at / test run this bargain motor.----Be a shame to install it to find out there are issues.
