I would like to know how to read a moisture meter,
like the ( Tramex Skipper Plus ).
I want to know what numbers the needle has to point at
( % H20 (( 5 to 30 )) and relative scale (( 0 to 100 ))
which tells me the transom has to be changed and or has
a humidity problem.
The last survey was done in 07 and
the report states that the transom has a humidity level of 50 to 80
but does not mention if that is a percentage or a relative #,
and the hull is @ 20 to 50,
