I knew it was in the I/O engine section, but it still took me 5-10 minutes to find it with the search function. I must have picked the wrong words; even using Don as the poster, he's got so many posts I must have not gone back far enough at first. <br /><br />This one seems like a recurring question and a high enough quality response to deserve permanent location in the FAQ section.
