Had a 049 P40 I made, string control, 049 free steering baja car and an 020 free flight helicopter, boy was that fun to watch!!

I've been out of the hobby going on 4 years now due to health reasons.

Wow, just wow. I do remember my long span of R/C days (years). I even was an instructor during those times. There were Saturdays were I never even got to fly my planes because the people (students, mostly father and sons) were lined up for me to take off their planes and buddy-box them while they flew until lading came about. And then the next one was ready.

I was in the hobby about as bad as you can get. In fact it was within the last few years I finally cleared out all the R/C kits and gear I had accumulated but never go them built.

I would like to get in to drones. But maybe in the summer. I got too many other things going on presently to take on another hobby. Thanks for the memories though...

Was looking through amazon to see if I could find any model ww1 airplanes of interest.Found a se5a balsawood rubber band powered one and a radio controlled sopwith camel with the glo plug motor ,also balsa.Havnt built one of them for 50 years .

Must admit, it's pretty awesome to just sit inside drinking coffee early in the morning and cruse miles of beach, see the entire shoreline in 20 mins early in the morning from 100' is way cool or just buzz out over the breakers and stay dry, this is now my new form of 50+ boogie boarding.

Oh and remember, switch to 1080p(HD) in the player settings if you have a fast feed...
