Mobile device avatar, signature editing.

Often on a fresh post when the Post Reply is clicked and your new post is displayed, the sig block isn't shown immediately.

EDIT - It just happened on this post. No sig.

EDIT 2 - After saving the first edit above, the sig is there. Less than a 10 sec gap between the initial post and the edit. If you wonder how I was so fast, I knew it was going to happen so I wrote the EDIT text in the original message and CUT it. Clicked the Edit button as soon as the original displayed with no sig and pasted the EDIT and saved the ediot. 4 fast mouse clicks.

If you have a sig, it will show, but it's not always instantaneous after posting a new reply.

Not sure its related, however my signature only shows up randomly when I post anything. so today I redid my signature thinking it would help, even clicked and saved without a signature, then went back in are added signature.....nada.

iboats_tim any ideas?

PS, I dont see a signature below in this post from either computer. (Win 7 machine running firefox / Win 10 machine running chrome) however after editing it for this note and saving changes, the signature appeared

I'm seeing your signature just fine - several posts now too. I link my signature over from Photobucket, and sometimes I've noticed it'll wig out for a while (hour or three). Dunno' why.

I think the PB linking in sigs is what causes the delayed display. So far most of the comments say PB is the source for sig pics. My sig is primarily made up of PB elements. BTW - I'm on a PC, not a phone or tablet. I think the issue crosses all device boundaries.

Scott - The Admiral knows about this new boat, doesn't she? Hiding the BBC in her? LOL

she knows about the motor (no she isnt happy). she also wants it repainted and renamed..... so a renaming ceremony will happen.

Hi all, sorry, still trying to catch up after being out of town for the long weekend. Thanks for all the information and screenshots. I forwarded this discussion over to the programmers here and I think it should be a fairly easy fix. I'll keep this thread updated!

Moving this issue up from the bottom of the pile for the programmers to address. I still maintain it's a pretty easy fix....
