mis fire

my suzuki is dieing ,it mis fires when i up the thottle ,it smokes on the shaft ,a plastic thing fell off so i duct taped it ,and the plugs are wrong but i cant find vr6hs are no were. its a 79 yr model #f6t405, also the plug cables are conected to some kind of elect box witch is starting to melt is there a place to get replacement parts?

Never worked on a Suzuki, but for parts and literature, try a bike shop. If it's like Yammaha, they can probably order anything you need, or at least, steer you to someone who can.
