I have minor water damage to rear deck of 1987 Bayliner Capri. Wood is solid no soft spots, just surface warp/flaking of plywood and fiber/epoxy flakes. Stringers are solid and clean. Plan on sanding down surface, then use wood sealer. Should I lay polyresin and cloth or just paint. I plan on replacing carpet next year. I would rather not tear up because wood is solid.
I will post pic's tomorrow.
