I need to do some light gelcoat repair on scratches on blackish gelcoat. I have tried buffing but they are a little deep. They appear white they are above the waterline. Any suggestions on an easy fix if there is such a thing?
Order one of the Spectrum gelcoat repair kits and follow the directions. The original owner of my boat had screwed some ugly fender holders to the sides. I removed them and repaired 4 screw holes in the red gel coat and 4 in the white using the Spectrum kits. You can't tell they were there.
