With the boat on the trailer, drop the motor as if you were in the water. Then simply turn the indicator to match the motor. You'll feel 'clicks' as you turn it.
Minnkota produced the motor so the logical place to go for a manual woiuld be Minnkota although E-bay, Craigs List and similar sites might turn one up.
