I currently have an older Minn Kota bow mount tiller steer. I have the option of buying a bow mount 565 foot contolled really cheap.
However, the 565 is only 28lb thrust and the one I have now is 36lbs. Can I swap out the motors? IE put the 36lb thrust motor on the bottom of the foot controlled unit?
