Minn-kota 24v 4 wire charger

Recently, I dropped and broke my 24 volt Minkota trolling motor 4 wire charger (it plugged directly into my front plug-in and charged both batteries simultaneously). Now I can't seem to find another like it anywhere. Any leads on a site where I could order one? Thanks..

In my opinion, that would not be a safe/ best way to charge batteries. An onboard charger with leads directly to the batteries would be more effiecient and safer !!!

Most 4 wire chargers are setup to charge 2-12V bats (hence the 4 wires)

They still make 2 Bank 12V chargers that have 4 wires

Exactly what mine does. Charges two twelve volt batteries. First 15 years I charged these batteries through the 4 prong port. The same one I plug my ipilot into. No issues. I just want to find a similar charger so I don't have to charge each battery separately.

Just search "marine 2 bank battery charger"
There are a bunch of them that show up. Only thing need to decide as what size as in how many amps. Suggest at least a 20 amp (equals 10 amps each bank), the more amps the faster it charges the bats.

Thanks! I find lots of two bank chargers but none with the 4 prong trolling motor port connection. If you discovered one could you please share the site?

You need to know enough about electricity to wire the connector. We can help but no one I know of makes one the same as you had.

Even the one you had was modified by someone or some manufacture to do it

On my boat the onboard charger has four wires with two going to each battery. The charger is connected to the other two onboard chargers, so a single 110v plug activates all chargers. Only the batteries that need charged are charged. I have two 31's for the TM, another 31 for a house battery ( all electronics) and another 750ah for a starting battery. One plug into 110 powers them all....Just not sure about using the port to charge !!
