No I won't give him the benefit of the doubt........if you or I gave that excuse you know it would stick to much of anything. How many chances does a person get?? Two...maybe, but not nearly as many as that man has gotten. That goes for any sports figure.

And neither do I.. <br /><br />IMO he is still using Crack Cocaine and that was his Crack Pipe he was issued a ticket for, lucky for him Crack is small and he was able to eat it or smoke it before the police found it.<br /><br />He's excuse is laughable to say the least.<br /><br />I never bought into the theory that he cleaned up his act after the first time he should have went to jail for Drug possession and felony witness-tampering charges. <br /><br />Mike Irvin is "the consummate con artist."

LOL....... Seriously though wasnt his excuse almost exactly the same when crack was found in his place of residence after a party years ago. Its never his.<br /><br />I never thought about the fact he couldve had crack in the car too and simply disposed of it.
