just installed new pump and can not get motor to lift motor,raised motor secured it opened resevoir cap and filled with ATF placed cap back lowered unit ,pushed trim button down and up and nothing,raised motor back up and secured it some fluid went somewhere so topped off again,lowered unit down and this time had to loosen release valve to raise motor but did same process several times.does it take a while manually raising and lowering motor and slowly topping off ?only time the ram will move when i hit the trim button is when it is on the support and it will move about an inch or so in each direction
