Mercury year and hp help

can help me decode this serial number.
when i bought this motor it does not have the tag on the bracket and the cowling was painted

Posting about 10 pictures of the motor will help.----Do you think it is a 2 HP or a 200 HP motor.----A 1 cylinder or a big V-6 ?
