Father in law has a 1996 Tracker 115 by Mercury marine he told me he would sell me. Can’t find anything about the motor online. Are these good motors? What do I need to look at on it? What’s it worth? I know it runs good

It runs on the top 2 cylinder at idle.----Bottom 2 carburetors kick in to supply fuel at around 1800 RPM. and it runs on al 4 cylinders.

I have one not smooth idle motors but they run pretty good. When the bottom cylinders kick in at about 1800 rpm the motor will get the shakes after that it will go like a bat out of hell!

What’s one worth?
Also what’s a prop for one of these cost?

I do not know what its worth, the prop you can get a used one look around but they say the rpm limit is 5200 rpm full throttle and no more, go higher in rpms and you can blow up the motor!

Its worth the same as any motor of its size and vintage, location and condition determine price.
$1500 to $4000 around here

props start at $125 for aluminum
$350-500 for stainless steel
