The boat I just bought has a Mercury Tracker 50 HP outboard that is supposed to be only 2 years old. The power trim tilt is not working. When it is reverse, the engine will ride up out of the water. I am told it may not have fluid. Is this something that can be repaired while the motor is on the boat or does it have to come off the boat?
