mercury tracker 60 hp pro series will not crank

Hello all,
Please help.My 60hp merc.started to bog down and die last year.I replaced plugs, fuel filter,fuel,and primer bulb.
Seemed to work,however, yesterday at pickwick things going excellent until engine bogged and died and will not restart.Also noticed that primer bulb was sucked flat
whenever engine died.The primer bulb gets sucked flat when trying to start. Any help would be greatly appreciated. tazzz

There is a restriction in the fuel system before the bulb, Travis.

Check Tank venting, pickup and antisiphon valve.

fuel gets to carbs. i take out drain plug and gas flows out. I disconnect primer bulb hose and squeeze bulb and depress the end where fuel comes out, and fuel squirts out.

Hook up a remote fuel tank (a 6 gal outboard tank is perfect) and hook it to your engine and do a test run and see if the problem is still there.
