mercury thunderbolt 7.5 hp outboard

hello everyone , i have a mercury thunderbolt 7.5 hp outboard , there is no spark at the plugs , does this engine have points , and can anyone tell me how to get the flywheel off the top of engine so i can check , thanks , barry , .

need a puller to get the flywheen off, I used a harmonic balancer puller.

does this have a distributor? or coils?
