hello" just wondering if there is anybody out there, who knows where l can dowload a owners manual for free the outboard is a 1991 40hp 4 cylinder mercury.

Is it the owner manual or the service manual? Either way, what is your engine s/n?

i beleived none of them are free but u can buy one for five bucks google it and service manual vaults should pop up ....
