Have a 98 150 EFI, very noisey in gear idling. Thinking of buying a new 150, can anyone tell me if they would recommend buying a Mercury. Everyone says I should buy Yamaha or Suzuki. Thanks

I just went though that dilema. I ended up w/a 225 HP Honda w/5 yr warranty. I looked very serious a the 225 OptiMax, but ended up w/ the Honda for the same money.

I have a 225 optimax and I am in need of the torque spec rod.head,and main bearing thanks
