Mercury Mark 55A Point Gap

I Have a 1959 Mercury Mark 55A ser#1278829 40HP<br />and would like to know what the point gap is<br />suposed to be set at. This motor was given to me and I dont know much about it, So any help at all would be appreciated.

.010 or it shoud be dwelled at 48 degrees
