Having problem with a 95 merc 75hp. Motor starts great but if idles for too long it will start to sputter and kill. Need to pump primer bulb to get running. Not sur if this is the issue. The bulb does not feel all that flat. Original bulb as well. Ran seafoam and new fuel fiter as well
