mercury electric trolling motor

I have a merc electric trolling motor about 10 years old. It works fine at full throttle but upon examination it appears to have no connection to the reostat. Where can I get a reostat and wiring diagram for this?

I'll try. First, there are 3 models with potentiometer speed control, called "TM",<br />"RC" and "DM". Luckily, they are all wired the same, with the same color code.<br />Black, on one outer leg, to ground.<br /><br />Blue, Center leg to motor.<br /><br />White, The other outer leg, to on/off switch.
