I’m almost certain it’s fixed. I can adjust idle and it throttles very easy now. My bottom carburetor had the primer fitting on it and it was routed to the middle bleed valve. I moved carburetor to the correct position. And put that one into the primer solenoid. Then routed that bleed valve to the air box.
The air box line was routed to the tube coming out of the lower unit. Is that the speedometer?
But anyway I appreciate all of you guys for your help! I will test it on the water but is has never ran like that
