Mercury 90 2 stroke

I'm having issues with my mercury staying running at an idle and low speeds. When it acts up it makes a sneezing sound through the carbs. Has new plugs and wires and oil injection has been removed. Please help

Lean Sneeze is a sign of dirty or mis-adjusted carbs. What year is that motor?
