Mercury 9.9ML 4ST Carrier Bearing Torque Spec

I have a 2003 Mercury 9.9ML 4ST, S/N OT691159 and am replacing oil seals and O-ring on carrier bearing. Does anyone know proper torque spec for the carrier bearing?
Would appreciate it if one of you might have this info.
