Another question. Mercury 500 50hp. I started it up and it seemed to idle for a few seconds, then proceeded to rev wide open. I have since then disconnected the throttle to attempt to work it manually, but haven't tried it yet. I want to get a few more suggestions before I work on it, because when I do my time is always limited. Thanks.
