Mercury 25 EL 0D073154 Operator/Service Manual?

Hi All,

My son bought this outboard (long shaft) for a sailboat. It looks to be in really good condition but won't start and we aren't even 100% familiar with outboard operation yet, lol. Can anyone point me to the operator/user manual and service manuals? Haven't had any luck searching so far except the mercury site which wants $116 USD to send me what looks like a generic paper copy outboard motor manual? I'm not even sure what model year this outboard would be from...

The $116 must be the service manual
Owners manual is about $30 using 90-11044940

Thanks for the info! And the mercruiserparts link has a 'service manual' section but only 'owner's guide' books are listed there. The only thing I can find from mercury seems like a generic outboard paper manual. I'll try attaching a screenshot of the service manual they recommend. Knowing it's from 1991 though and not knowing the last time it was started, I'm not sure how much to hope for with this.
