Mercury 225 HP - RPM Issue

I have a 2005 Mercury 225 HP EFI 2 Stroke. I've had the engine for 7 months. I was getting maximum 5300 RPM. I recently had the fuel tank, fuel pump and plugs replaced, as well as the injectors cleaned. Suddenly I'm only getting maximum 4400 RPM. The top four cylinders have 115 lbs compression and the bottom two have 110. The compression hasn't changed since I've owned the motor.

Any ideas why it's only getting 4400 RPM?

Howdy

Not an outboard expert but you were getting 5300 rpm, then you had work done and your getting less. There are a lot of two-bit mechanics which take your money and offer nothing of value. While this may not be the case with your issue, but something changed and it could be the cleaning and/or replacements were not done or not done correctly

I feel good about the work that was done.I overlooked most of it.

If the compression is good, what else could cause the rpm to decrease?

Any ideas?
