The engine runs, but after you shut it off, the engine won't crank. The plugs are wet, but they are still getting spark. Eventually when it does crank, it runs fine. It dosen't show any sympoms of being flooded. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I'm not sure of the year, but the serial number is 4956774.

Thanks,
Dale

The bulb is still fairly tight. It is getting plenty of gas. If you choke it, it will flood.

If the bulb does not get hard it means there is a fuel leak, inlet needle or fuel pump. If the motor is new to you, do you realize it has a full throttle butterfly and won't start or run intill it is opened with the throttle--Bob
